The public websites of Synedat Group GmbH provide information about the company, topics and possible service offerings. Simply visiting an information page does not create a fee-based contract. Binding service commitments result from a specific agreement.

Dealing with content

Texts, images, logos, software and other content may be protected by copyright or other rights. Legally permitted uses remain possible. For use beyond this, the necessary permission of the respective rights holder must be obtained.

Explicitly published licenses, especially in the case of linked open source projects, are valid according to their respective content. A link to a repository does not declare a blanket licensing of all website content.

Technical use

The websites may not be used for unauthorized access to third-party data, to circumvent access protection or to deliberately interfere with the services. Reports of technical problems or possible security gaps can be directed to kontakt@synedat.com . Please first submit a general description and coordinate the exchange of sensitive details.

External links and symbolic images

When external links are accessed, you leave the respective SYNEDAT website. The content and data processing of the target page are based on the offer of its operator. An external link does not imply the adoption of every statement contained therein.

Motifs marked as symbolic images or recognisably illustrative are used for design. The newly created motifs do not represent actual employees, customer systems or product designs.

Separate applications and contracts

Additional terms and conditions may be required for customer portals, downloads with special licenses, orders or other separate services. They must be made available in the respective context of use and, if necessary, validly agreed. These general notices do not replace such an agreement.

Your legal rights

These usage instructions do not constitute blanket consent by merely continuing to surf. Legal claims, mandatory consumer rights and data protection rights remain unaffected.
